Photo Art & Photography is a multi-service studio that offers everything from professional portraits to a Photo Restoration specialist.  Photo Art and its portrait designs combine digital enhancements and special effects to give all prints the cutting edge of technology for our customers.  The beautiful, soft look of hand tinting (now computer-generated) is available on sepia-toned prints as well as B&W.  Wedding packages and studio sessions automatically include retouching, color conversions and special effects.
